Questions
Ask the awkward ones. We’d rather you did.
Do I need to clean up before you come?
Please don't. Seeing the space as it actually is helps us build a system that fits your real life, not a tidied-up version of it. There is nothing you can show us that we will judge.
Do I have to throw things away?
Never. Every keep-or-let-go decision is yours, full stop. Our job is to make those decisions easier by grouping like with like so you can see what you actually own.
Who is coming into my home?
Annie leads every session, and we always work in pairs — never one person alone in your home. You get the names and photos of everyone on the team before the first visit, so nobody arrives as a surprise.
When are you available?
More often than most. Annie is homeschooled, so weekday daytime appointments are genuinely open — not just evenings and weekends. Booking requests are answered within one business day.
What does it cost?
Rates are published on the Pricing page — packages and an hourly option. You get a written quote after the free consultation, and the price does not change afterward unless you ask for more work.
Do you offer any discounts?
Two, both 15% off every service. Clients aged 65 and over receive a standing senior discount. Active duty, veterans, National Guard, Reserve, and military spouses receive a military discount — with our sincere thanks. Just mention it when you book; the discounts do not stack, so you get whichever applies.
Do you bring bins and containers?
We shop for them only after you approve a list, and we bill them at exact cost with receipts. Most projects start by using what you already own.
What happens to the donations?
They leave with us the same day and go on to a worthy cause. You do not have to make a second trip, hunt for a drop-off, or live with the bags in your trunk for three weeks.
Do you also clean?
Light finish-up cleaning of the space we organized is included in most packages — wiping shelves, vacuuming, taking out trash. We are not a full house-cleaning service.
How do I pay?
A $100 deposit holds your date and is credited against your quote — pay it by Venmo, cash, or card. The balance is due at completion, again by Venmo, cash, or card. An invoice is emailed the same day, and everything runs through the family business account.
